White Oak in a North Carolina Showhome

This kitchen transformation by Lisa Mende Design for the 2014 Traditional Home Magazine Showhome in High Point, North Carolina is incredible.  The design with its classic white subway tiles which are known to reflect light along with the attention-grabbing dark cabinetry by Marsh Kitchens draws the eye and makes the room appear more spacious.   Our Brushed White Oak hardwood flooring with a custom brown stain creates an aged look to the floor which adds to the overall design of this showstopping kitchen.  We love the touches of brass, especially the antique-burnished brass overhead Pimlico Double Swing Arm lights by circa lighting, which adds a metal element to the decor.
