The entire experience from first ordering samples to ordering and picking up the flooring were excellent. The flooring was nicely bundled to avoid damage and the milling was very precise. We had a complicated place to install the flooring and had good success lining up the flooring from room to room due to the tight tolerance of Carlisle's milling process.

Carlisle was also able to recommend installers that specialize in laying out the wide plank floors and that was a key in making them look as great.
