Light White Oak Flooring in NYC Designers West Village Home
When NYC Interior Designer Alexandra Pappas, a co-founder of Pappas Miron Design, moved her home to a building built in 1962, she initially planned a modern, Bauhaus-style renovation. Instead, she pivoted to a design that was still clean and spare but felt homier and more eclectic. The floor played a key role in creating welcoming, calming spaces that flow organically together. She replaced the home’s aging parquet with Treehouse from our Retreat Collection. The brushed texture combines with the subtle white tones and extra matte finish of the wide White Oak planks to provide a natural foundation for Alexandra’s stunning collections and unique design elements.
